- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet with existing clients, and develop strategies to achieve this goal.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and intelligence, and share this knowledge with clients to help them make informed business decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies and guidelines at all times, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field.
- Knowledge: Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and processes, as well as a track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients.
- Credit Skills: Demonstrated sound credit skills, including the ability to structure complex deals and identify potential risks.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and build strong relationships with clients.
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
