Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Relationship Managers to identify and pursue acquisition opportunities
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial metrics and credit evaluation to support our clients' strategic decisions
- Develop and implement effective acquisition strategies to maximize returns for our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred
- Strong background in M&A structuring, valuation, and financing analysis
- Series 7/79, 63, 24 licenses
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
