Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Representative is responsible for guiding clients through the home buying and selling process. This involves providing expert advice on how to market and sell a home, as well as finding a new home that meets the client's needs and budget.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to build quality relationships with clients. They will be responsible for crafting unique marketing materials to advertise their real estate services and advising clients on how to stage and sell their home quickly and profitably.

Real Estate Sales Representatives earn money for each transaction they complete, and as they gain experience, they can earn a significant income. With a strong client base, they can earn upwards of $50,000 to $100,000 per year or more.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, it is necessary to obtain one before being hired. To earn a real estate license, one must complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam.

Job Responsibilities
