Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Classification and Compensation Professional to join our team at Pyxai, Inc. as a Management Specialist - Human Resources - Classification and Compensation Expert. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, with a focus on classification and compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze data to inform classification and compensation decisions.
  • Review and update position descriptions and classifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain classification and compensation records, including position control reports and classification plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of classification and compensation policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the HR department in the administration of classification and compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with classification and compensation regulations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track classification and compensation metrics.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on classification and compensation policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Four years of experience in classification and compensation, with a focus on administrative support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with classification and compensation software, such as AMS Advantage or infoAdvantage.
  • Certification in classification and compensation, such as the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
