Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage physician-prescribed plans of care for patients
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed

  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on health promotion and disease management

Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state where you will practice
  • Current CPR certification from a recognized organization
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
  • Reliable transportation
