Job Title: Area VP of Sales

At Visiting Nurse Health System Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area VP of Sales to lead our Home Health and Hospice sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed monthly quotas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve their performance and skills
  • Maintain a book of business and drive growth of assigned accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or health administration
  • Minimum three years of sales management experience in home health and/or hospice
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and attainment of goals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Atlanta healthcare market and home health and hospice sectors
  • Experience with CRM software and business software applications
  • Valid and current driver's license
