Position Overview

Viwinco is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on the Florida Panhandle region and is essential for fostering and expanding relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for the designated territory.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing account base while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent communication of Viwinco's message and offerings to all customers.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customer personnel, from management to warehouse staff.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed about Viwinco's products, services, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular visits to distributor locations to strengthen partnerships.
  • Explore potential distributor relationships and maintain connections with non-customer distributors.
  • Participate in joint sales calls with distributor sales teams, targeting contractors, dealers, and builders.
  • Represent Viwinco at industry events, trade shows, and customer-organized seminars.
  • Organize and facilitate dealer meetings and plant tours to promote our offerings.
  • Maintain updated customer and account information in Viwinco's CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Department to address sales and service-related inquiries.
  • Assist Service Technicians as needed and ensure accurate processing of service requests.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales within the building materials sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • A proactive approach to prospecting new distribution and builder business.
  • The ability to effectively represent Viwinco within the architectural community.
  • Skills in reviewing, writing, and analyzing sales reports.
