- Manage various HR projects.
You will learn to work collaboratively across HR functions and teams to create high-impact HR solutions in the areas of Human Resources Partner, Total Rewards, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, &/or People Services. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your HR knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance.
Requirements- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
