About the Role

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive our momentum in the great state of Texas, with opportunities in Oklahoma. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise to build upon our early success and shape the future of law enforcement technology in the region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic territory development plans to identify and cultivate sales opportunities in Texas and Oklahoma.
  • Deeply understand Peregrine's innovative solutions and present their advantages, features, functions, and differentiators to law enforcement agencies in a compelling way.
  • Foster strong relationships with law enforcement agencies by immersing yourself in their challenges, needs, and technology roadmaps.
  • Proactively identify and nurture a robust pipeline of opportunities, staying attuned to market trends and aligning efforts with evolving demands and long-term opportunities.
  • Collaborate and orchestrate multifaceted initiatives across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful deal closure.
  • Develop creative strategies in partnership with internal and external advisors and law enforcement veterans to craft tailored solutions that set a new standard of what's possible in law enforcement technology.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with experience within data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • A track record of success in selling SaaS platforms into net new complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references.
  • Experience within the local public sector vertical and, specifically, the local law enforcement market is strongly preferred.
  • Ability and comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes.
  • Proficient with solution-based selling, experience managing a multi-threaded and challenging sales process.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
  • Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Located in the state of Texas, preference in the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex.
What We Offer

Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $165,000 annually, plus sales commission, benefits, equity (if applicable), and bonus (if applicable). Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
