Position Overview

The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for assisting the organization’s IS customers with issues related to computers, applications, systems, devices, access, and hardware.

Our client operates as a not-for-profit health system within the Tampa Bay Area.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity.
  • Deliver exceptional and timely technical support and troubleshooting for various systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams or departments to address customer incidents and fulfill user requests.
  • Ensure effective communication across the department to facilitate prompt incident resolution, as well as the repair and replacement of hardware, software, and system functionalities.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Service/Help Desk or 2 years in customer service along with an A+ Certification.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
