Position Overview:

The Customer Care Operations Associate at TrafFix Devices, Inc. is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients while effectively managing order processing. This position requires a deep understanding of our products to handle inquiries proficiently and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary details are complete.
  • Confirm order details with clients through phone and email communication.
  • Coordinate with various departments to monitor order status, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
  • Keep clients updated on order developments and promptly resolve any issues or delays.
  • Document and update order status in the system with precision.
  • Support team members with coding, follow-ups on order status, and other tasks as required.
  • Provide internal sales assistance by liaising with the external sales team.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to uphold internal service level agreements.
General Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of work quality and timeliness, achieving results with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines effectively.
  • Utilize technical and experiential knowledge to support the department's objectives.
  • Stay informed about changes and advancements in the field.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings to remain updated and fulfill shared responsibilities.
  • Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors, sharing knowledge and resources to achieve goals while fostering respect and teamwork.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:
  • Detail-oriented: Ability to execute tasks with accuracy and thoroughness, identifying and rectifying errors as necessary.
  • Effective communication: Skill in conveying and receiving information clearly and professionally.
  • Dependability: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and task completion according to established standards.
  • Proactive: Ability to recognize situations that require initiative and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Time management: Proficient in prioritizing tasks and organizing work to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Technical skills: Capability to understand and troubleshoot software tools, adapting to new technologies.
  • Analytical thinking: Skill in evaluating complex situations, identifying potential problems, and making informed decisions.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least three years of customer service experience in an office environment.
  • Experience in the construction or safety sector is a plus.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

The Customer Care Operations Associate will primarily work at a desk utilizing a computer. The role may involve standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be necessary. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.

$24.00-$28.00/hour
