Position Overview:
The Customer Care Services Representative at TrafFix Devices, Inc. is dedicated to delivering outstanding support to clients while efficiently managing order processing. This position requires a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively respond to inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
2. Confirm order details with clients through phone and email communication.
3. Collaborate with various departments to monitor order status, inventory levels, and shipping timelines.
4. Keep clients updated on their order progress and promptly address any concerns or delays.
5. Maintain accurate records of order processing status in the system.
6. Support team members with coding, follow-ups on order status, and other tasks as required.
7. Provide internal sales assistance by coordinating with the external sales team.
8. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to meet internal service standards.

General Responsibilities:
This role requires accountability for the quality and timeliness of work, achieving results with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with team members to ensure departmental objectives and deadlines are met efficiently.
Utilize technical and experiential knowledge to contribute to the department's mission.
Stay informed about developments in the field and actively participate in departmental meetings to fulfill shared responsibilities.

Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors, sharing knowledge and resources to achieve goals while fostering respect, communication, and teamwork.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Attention to Detail:
Ability to execute tasks with precision and thoroughness, identifying and rectifying errors as necessary.

Communication Skills:
Ability to convey and receive information clearly and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Dependability:
Consistent attendance, punctuality, and completion of assigned tasks with minimal oversight.

Initiative:
Recognizes opportunities for improvement and addresses issues proactively.

Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks and organize work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

Technical Aptitude:
Ability to understand and troubleshoot software tools, adapting to new technologies and processes.

Critical Thinking:
Ability to analyze complex situations, evaluate information, and make informed decisions aligned with departmental goals.

Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
A minimum of three years of customer service experience in an office environment.
Experience in the construction or safety sector is a plus.
Sales experience is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
The Customer Care Services Representative will primarily work at a desk using a computer. The role may also involve standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. Vision capabilities include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
