Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager III to join our team at EverBank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our most complex business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an active prospect list, outreach plan, and referral sources.
  • Mentor or supervise junior associates and assist with credit relationship analysis.
  • Assist Regional Commercial Banking Manager with team volume targets and P&L management.
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and retention while resolving customer needs and issues.
  • Identify, gather, and analyze information to assess credit risk and determine loan structure.
  • Represent the Bank at industry and community functions.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive products, rates, and market changes.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce customers to other lines of business.
Requirements
  • University degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial lending or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Commercial Lending Officer in the C&I space is preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial credit, banking products, and analytical/technical skills are essential.
