Bilingual Customer Experience Associate III (Remote Position)
Compensation: $16.50 per hour.

Role of the Healthcare Call Center Associate
Our Customer Experience Associates act as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and requests received via telephone for a significant pharmaceutical company's patient assistance program. Additionally, they will engage in data entry responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts surveys and questionnaires via phone following established scripts and operating procedures.
- Performs data entry tasks accurately.
- Collects and verifies necessary information for cases by responding to incoming calls.
- Initiates outgoing calls when additional information is required.
- Records all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Directs calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Utilizes scripted FAQs to address caller inquiries effectively.
- Enhances and maintains quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines; suggests improvements to procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in data entry.
- Proficient computer navigation skills.
- Good typing and data entry capabilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
