About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Tapestry, a global house of brands that is committed to innovation and inclusivity. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving business results in one of our luxury retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business-driving initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
  • Store Operations: Ensure all store operations are running smoothly, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Customer Service: Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training and customer service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze sales reports and identify business trends.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
