Patient Services Coordinator:

Robinwood Dental is seeking a dedicated full-time Patient Services Coordinator. If you are a skilled customer service expert looking to advance your career in a reputable dental environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

This role offers a competitive compensation of $17.00/hour, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include paid time off (PTO) and 401(k) contributions after one year.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PATIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the initial point of contact for many of our patients. Your friendly and professional demeanor will help ease any dental anxieties they may have. You will receive training to effectively schedule and reschedule appointments, as well as confirm upcoming visits. Managing incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries will be key responsibilities, along with directing calls to the appropriate team members. Attention to detail, active listening skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PATIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
  • Proficient in phone etiquette
  • Basic computer proficiency

Experience in a call center environment is advantageous. Are you capable of following a script while also thinking on your feet? Can you prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you adapt quickly to new information? Are you patient, friendly, empathetic, and composed under pressure? If so, you may be an excellent fit for this role.
