Luxury Front Office Manager

CordeValle, a luxury golf resort in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, seeks an exceptional Luxury Front Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations.
This role ensures seamless service for our guests and members while upholding CordeValle's standards of hospitality and excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with property management systems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
About the Job:- Oversee daily front desk, concierge, bell services, and valet operations to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Support the Front Office Manager in recruiting, training, and mentoring front office associates, promoting a positive team culture.
- Address guest and member concerns, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage inventory of front office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and operational standards.
