Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Zelis Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and developments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare clients.
  • Knowledge of Jira and/or Salesforce.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
