Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our automotive retail operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of department managers and sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to drive business success and create a positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales processes.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure business profitability and growth.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional experiences and builds long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in automotive retail, with a proven track record of success in leadership and sales management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
