  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in automotive retail industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and drive sales growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
