The RoleThis position is responsible for growing and supporting major customers and their projects.
The key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Developing project communication processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Reviewing ongoing sales support needs and coordinating resources to deliver customer solutions.
- Ensuring all projects and services are delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints.
- Fostering relationships with customers to drive future account sales.
- Assisting with aging invoices over 30 days.
- Completing monthly and quarterly business review needs for internal stakeholders and customer review.
- Reviewing work-in-process orders and assisting the team in pushing installs to completion.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Major Account customer-facing role.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products, Smartsheet, etc.
- Ability to travel.
