About the Role

Aretum, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects for our clients in the government sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.
  • Support the development and monitoring of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk registers.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other project-related events.
  • Support the identification and resolution of project issues and risks.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
  • Track and identify action items to ensure completion.
  • Create and/or review reports, briefings, processes and procedures, status reports, and other artifacts.
  • Work with proposal and capture resources to support proposal writing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a government contracting environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
