Position Overview:


The Enterprise Governance Project Coordinator will oversee project management initiatives related to Enterprise Governance enhancements within a collaborative framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including conducting comprehensive business needs assessments, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing project timelines, budgetary considerations, quality assurance, scope definition, risk assessment, resource allocation, integration efforts, and change management processes.

The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks and demonstrating agility to adapt to changing requirements as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of strategies aimed at optimizing enterprise governance operations, enhancing decision-making processes, and improving project management on a broad scale.

Support the government lead in organizing and facilitating discussions with senior leadership stakeholders.

Provide guidance and assistance in change management initiatives essential for the evolution of enterprise governance.


With minimal supervision, take charge of all performance aspects (technical, contractual, administrative, financial) of specific projects within a larger program framework.


Engage with clients to ensure adherence to contractual commitments, while maintaining technical and financial documentation to track project progress for management and stakeholders, and delegate responsibilities to team members.


Ensure the successful completion of all assigned tasks while proactively supporting marketing teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.


Supervise and manage personnel involved in all project activities, assigning tasks and ensuring the successful execution of all responsibilities.


Qualifications:
Required


A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in strategizing and implementing processes to enhance the effectiveness of enterprise governance operations, decision-making, and project management on a large scale is preferred.

Ability to operate with minimal supervision, managing specific aspects of project performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial).


Experience in managing and supervising personnel across various project activities, effectively organizing and delegating responsibilities to ensure successful task completion.

Familiarity with federal administrative policies and procedures, with a preference for candidates with National Institutes of Health (NIH) experience.


A decade of experience in executing complex functional activities within projects, providing management and technical direction to personnel focused on specific projects within a broader program.

Fourteen (14) years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SmartSheet.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Health, or a related field. Approximately ten (10) years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.


Six (6) or more years of hands-on experience in planning and executing projects that effectively enhanced enterprise governance operations, decision-making, and project management on a large scale is preferred.

Knowledge of federal enterprise governance operations, decision-making, and related policies and processes.

Experience in assisting clients with establishing thresholds, priorities, and performance metrics.

Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; and SmartSheet.


Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey diverse information types to various audiences and develop executive-level presentations, along with experience engaging with senior leaders/stakeholders within an organization.

Demonstrated skills in management analysis, problem-solving, analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, visualization, and interpersonal relations.


Proficient in strategic thinking, multitasking, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, and executing plans within defined schedules and budgets.

Experience in research, benchmarking, monitoring, evaluation, and analysis.

Experience in process development, improvement, and change management.

Experience in reporting and deliverable creation.

Experience in providing logistical support, organization, meeting coordination, and resource management.

Experience in managing transitions, both incoming and outgoing.

Experience in crafting communications and presentations on various topics.

Preferred

Experience in the Federal Consulting Industry is preferred.

Possession of an active/current PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferred; however, equivalent experience may be accepted.
