Job Title: Regional DEI Manager

DPR Construction is seeking a highly skilled Regional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager to lead the development and implementation of our DEI strategy across the region. This role will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create a culture of inclusion and equity, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive diversity plans at the region level, aligning with DPR's strategic goals and mission.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to evaluate current strategies and operational objectives, providing recommendations and guidance on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Partner with Global Social Responsibility leadership to design and implement an overarching GSR strategy, crafting relevant goals, policies, and programs.
  • Establish metrics and collaborate with key leaders to measure success, driving continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships with other DEI professionals in the industry, informing internal and external business practices.
  • Support and scale DPR Employee Resource Groups, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Facilitate DEI discussions, participating in BU/Region team and peer group meetings, and cascading national programs into BU/Region.
  • Assist talent acquisition with regional diversity recruiting events and activities, including campus/college recruiting and key professional associations.
  • Partner with talent acquisition to identify key region and community workforce development organizations, supporting the training and placement of underrepresented groups.
  • Align DEI principles throughout the employee experience and life cycle, collaborating with Human Resources, Learning & Development, and People Practices.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing DEI strategies.
  • Experience managing and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERG).
  • Experience in diverse talent acquisition and talent management practices.
  • Experience cultivating a culture of diversity and inclusion through training, education, consultation, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Effective participation in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative-taker, with excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigate complexities, and build consensus.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, with proactive and responsive critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and adaptable to technology.
  • Ability to travel domestically, with occasional international travel.

Additional Considerations:

  • DEI/HR or other related certification.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish.

Travel: 40 – 60%. This role travels extensively throughout the region, with in-person presence required at business unit offices and on project sites. Domestic travel is also required for meetings, conferences, and other external events/activities.

Anticipated starting pay range: $94,106.00 - $141,158.00
