Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement DEI Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Lead Training and Education Initiatives: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs aimed at raising awareness of diversity issues, promoting inclusive behaviors, and mitigating unconscious bias.
- Build and Maintain Partnerships: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations that support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
- Track Progress and Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
- Advocate for Underrepresented Groups: Serve as an advocate for underrepresented groups within the organization, advising leadership on diversity-related issues and promoting diverse voices in company communications and events.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as diversity and inclusion, human resources, organizational development, sociology, psychology, or related areas.
- Experience: Extensive experience (12+ years) in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work is crucial, preferably in progressively responsible positions.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, best practices, and trends, as well as familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate DEI goals, strategies, and initiatives across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement long-term DEI strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills are required to inspire and motivate others to embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $225,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
