About the Role

In this critical position, you will spearhead the development and implementation of people programs at Hinge Health that foster a diverse, inclusive, high-performing, and engaged organization. You will achieve this by collaborating with senior leadership, Employee Resource Groups, and the Learning & Development team to design and deliver training programs for skill enhancement, inclusion, and belonging. Your role will involve supporting, educating, and training employees to create an inclusive and high-performing work environment. This position requires strong communication, collaboration, data analytics, and program management expertise. As a problem-solver and visionary, you will have a proven track record of translating research and best practices into practical applications in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Hinge Health; Empower ERGs to execute on 2+ actions (e.g., training, speaker session, fireside chat with leadership, learning session) per quarter
  • Analyze our metrics and employee surveys to design and deliver on our engagement strategy (e.g., ensure top quartile engagement scores specific to inclusivity for all employees)
  • Report and analyze progress related to various people programs through surveys, engagement interviews, and exit interviews
  • Leverage data analytics to identify potential systemic inequities within people programs (e.g., hiring, etc.) and develop strategies to foster a fair and high-performing workplace
  • Partner with the L&D team to provide DEI-related training to employees on topics such as unconscious bias and allyship
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and People Business Partners on internally equitable and inclusive programs such as performance, compensation, and hiring
  • Program/project manage company-wide inclusion and belonging initiatives such as coaching/mentorship programs
Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 6+ years of work experience in a People/HR, People Business Partner, Diversity, or L&D role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building and managing people-related programs to improve company engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of various initiatives
  • Experience building and executing on strategy creation – ability to conduct research and benchmarking activities and turn them into strategic plans and programming
  • Proficient with HR processes and experience with the end-to-end employee experience
Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $192,000 - $288,000.
