Job Title: Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager

At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, we are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, diverse, and equitable. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager will be responsible for driving DEI initiatives in alignment with Global DEI priorities to drive impactful business outcomes. This role will require strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to promote DEI initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage DEI projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed with high quality, on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress.
  • Continuously identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner with DEI, BU/Geo HR Leaders, CoEs such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and others to support and integrate DEI efforts.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on DEI-related issues.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among stakeholders to drive engagement and commitment to DEI goals.
  • Develop communication plans to promote DEI initiatives.
  • Analyse, and report on DEI metrics to understand current state, measure the impact and effectiveness of initiatives with a focus on moving the needle on key success metrics.
Requirements:
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically, 6-8 years related experience in Human Resources, DEI, L&D, Talent Management, or program management.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, L&D, performance enablement, talent, and succession management.
  • Mastery of English.
  • Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills. Can manage many priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility, resiliency, and nimbleness; comfortable working in 'grey areas'. Willingness to start from a blank sheet of paper.
  • Ability to influence a broad group of stakeholders, partners, and senior leaders – without direct authority.
  • Strong financial and business acumen. Experience managing sizeable budgets.
  • Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage change effectively.
