Catholic Schools Office - Catholic Diocese of Dallas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer - Student Records. This role involves maintaining school records, processing student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals in an efficient and organized manner.

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate and auditable student records in the student information system (SIS)
  • Archive graduate information and withdrawn student data within the SIS
  • Enroll new students and update data in the SIS
  • Update database as necessary to ensure seamless integration with college guidance systems

Responsibilities:

  • Digital permission forms
  • Schedule changes, advisory, and locker assignments
  • Send out class schedules and other schedule reports to families
  • Pull honor roll reports each semester and create certificates for outstanding students
  • Confirm GPA and rank for all students
  • Maintain athletic credits on transcripts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills required
  • 5-7 years of registrar experience preferred

A competitive salary of $75,000-$90,000 per year is offered based on qualifications and experience. Please note that this salary estimate may vary depending on individual circumstances.
