Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Director to join our Dallas office. The successful candidate will oversee the daily administrative duties and business functions of the assigned office(s), working closely with department leadership to meet overall needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to protocols and processes.
- Manage office budgets and projects, executing goals and initiatives while fostering a positive team environment.
- Collaborate with office leaders, lawyers, and business professionals to provide leadership and drive firm initiatives.
- Serve as liaison between offices, departments, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing demands, and maintain confidentiality.
Earnings Estimate
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
