Administrative Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cooper Aerobics. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Answer patient calls to provide necessary patient care requests
  • Schedule appointments and enter appointment date and time, and demographics into Centricity
  • Coordinate services interdepartmentally for efficiency in daily flow for patients
  • Check computer continuously for cancellation openings to fill
  • Assist physicians with chaperoning duties of patient's exam (pap smears, general exam)
  • Coordinate referrals for patients to other physician offices
  • Conduct reminder calls to all patients
  • Fills cancellation spots
  • Assists in filling prescription refill orders and communicating directives to patients
  • Process RX's and or Medical Records
Requirements
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to complete tasks with competing deadlines with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Top tier internal and external customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • One year of administrative and/or clerical experience in a medical office, physician practice, hospital or acute care setting
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
