Job Description: We seek a talented engineer to join our Customer Engineering Team at GlobalFoundries Fab8 in Malta NY. This role involves collaborating with customers to develop plans for their new products in Fab8 and facilitating internal alignment and customer meetings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and our engineering teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with production control, planning, and product integration teams to achieve on-time delivery and meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with account managers, field application engineers, and customers to drive program success.
- Achieve revenue goals and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Education - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training or work experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English - written and verbal.
