About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at Valdera. As a key member of our global customer base support team, you will be instrumental in driving product adoption and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS customer success and experience building relationships with senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing trusted-advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders, driving Valdera product adoption, and actively monitoring customer health and engagement.
