About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Pocus. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support and driving customer success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed.
Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, escalating complex cases to engineering as needed.
- Develop and Implement Scalable Support Solutions: Design and deliver processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality of customer support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalability and innovation.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Participate in the development and rollout of new features and products. Work closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Technical Skills: 2-4 years of experience in technical support; comfortable working with APIs, Salesforce, SQL/SOQL; experience reading code and testing specific class/methods locally.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively to varying levels of technical maturity.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a natural ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Customer Focus: Empathetic and driven to make customers successful, with a consultative attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
