We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a prominent insurance organization.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:15 PM, with one Saturday shift per month from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Compensation: $50,000 base salary (equivalent to $24/hour) plus uncapped commission opportunities.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Managing incoming calls to provide quotes and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and home insurance.
  • Delivering an outstanding consultative sales experience to potential clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all business lines and products offered.
  • Recording all prospect details, communications, quotes, and sales data in the appropriate computer systems.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
  • Previous experience in sales or insurance is advantageous.
