OBJECTIVE:


Assist the controller in overseeing the financial operations of the facility, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as mandated by the system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of monthly financial statements and forecasts for the facility.
Conduct audits, reconciliations, and prepare schedules related to general ledger and inventory activities.
Compile and analyze data for budget preparation and other accounting projects.
Supervise daily activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (including year-end and audit reports) and prepare audit binders.
Manage SRP packages, operational memos, capital appropriations, exchange rate fluctuations, accounts receivable, and standard cost information. Perform account reconciliations and maintain fixed assets.
Support the development and implementation of the company's policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in ABC costing systems and ADP payroll processing, reconciliation, and reporting.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting.

Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
Advanced accounting skills, including standard costing, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, profit analysis, and performance metrics.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Majority of time spent in a manufacturing environment with occasional tours and travel as necessary. Employees may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and the noise level is typically moderate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

SCHEDULE:
Standard work hours consist of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week on an assigned shift. Schedule may be adjusted based on training needs. Flexibility to work overtime or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
