Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus up to 40%

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitable business growth while meeting quarterly and annual Operational and EBITDA objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability and results through effective performance management strategies.
• Ensure exceptional on-time delivery and quality standards for our clientele.
• Oversee Operations across multiple locations, including Avenel, NJ, and Tempe, AZ.
• Lead a dedicated team comprising 6 direct reports and around 150 indirect reports.
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets to meet annual EBITDA targets.
• Implement productivity initiatives aimed at reducing overall costs and optimizing working capital.
• Manage workforce planning, including temporary labor and overtime, to enhance labor efficiency.
• Streamline processes for the efficient introduction of new products into production.
• Mentor and guide direct reports while overseeing talent development programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within manufacturing operations, possessing budgetary and P&L oversight (e.g., Business Unit Manager or Plant Manager).
• Proven experience in complex, low-volume, high-mix aerospace and defense operations.
• Track record of strategic initiatives that consistently drive productivity improvements.
• Ability to balance long-term manufacturing strategies with daily operational execution.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; an MBA is preferred.
