Job Overview

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions to clients, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
  • Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
  • Develops and prepares loan solutions, referring products and services, and reviews documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements
  • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
