Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Document Preparation and Uploading
    • Prepare loan documents for all loans except consumer non-real estate
    • Thoroughly understand loan documentation, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
    • Upload loans and serve as a backup for attorney closings
  • Loan Servicing
    • Accurately maintain all loan accounts
    • Resolve customer loan servicing issues in a timely manner
    • Administer the loan release process accurately and timely
  • Appraisal Management
    • Order commercial appraisals for new loans and renewals
    • Manage the bank's approved appraiser list
    • Track orders and manage payments for appraisals
    • Pull flood determinations on all real estate secured loans
Requirements
  • High school degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry in an operational role
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation and servicing requirements
  • Good understanding of consumer and business lending activities, including products and services
  • Thorough knowledge of Laser Pro software and ability to perform all administrative functions
  • Knowledge of intermediate accounting procedures and ability to use a calculator for loan calculations
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and other business programs
  • Ability to constructively and objectively handle stressful situations and individuals
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
