Job Summary:

The Community Lending Loan Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the operations of the Community Lending Department. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Fahe in a professional manner with clients, suppliers, and the community we serve.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to loan applicants and borrowers.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of loan applications, loan closings, and other departmental tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of loan documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Loan Officer to gather required information and documentation for loan applications.
  • Maintain positive relationships with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and lending or loan processing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
