You will play a crucial role in increasing brand visibility within your sales regions and fostering profitable collaborations in the premium wood flooring, cladding, and tile sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for clients in the Bay/San Francisco Area
  • Establish a reliable advisory relationship with accounts, customers, fellow territory representatives, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections
  • Engage in weekly regional sales discussions with the Chief Executive Officer and relevant sales personnel
  • Consistently drive revenue growth in designated territories
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business
  • 1 to 5+ years of experience in flooring, architecture, or building materials
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Architecture and Design sectors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • Strong self-discipline, with a commitment to follow through and execute responsibilities effectively
