Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain revenue retention for assigned accounts by thoroughly understanding clients' business models, technology platforms, and the services they utilize.
  • Negotiate renewal contracts and develop strategies for client conversion and migration.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage client integrations and project management effectively.
  • Proactively identify potential issues within accounts and facilitate prompt resolutions through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct account strategy sessions with sales teams and senior management, preparing comprehensive client overviews.
  • Promote CoreLogic's solutions by engaging clients in new product introductions and providing training on existing solutions to enhance utilization.
  • Foster high-level service delivery by involving product expertise and navigating various business lines.
  • Participate in client visits to discuss business strategies and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in client success, account management, or sales.
  • Preferred experience in the real estate and data industries, particularly in software or service sales.
  • Strong independent working capabilities, sound judgment, and proven success in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong phone presence.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experienced with Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60K-$80K annually, with additional quarterly bonus incentives.
