As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in quality assurance within a supportive and family-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Audits: Conduct necessary audits by following established inspection protocols, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before they are dispatched.
  • Documentation Verification: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of quality documentation, including inspection records and engineering specifications.
  • Precision Measurement: Utilize precision measuring instruments and visual inspection techniques to identify any discrepancies in product quality.
  • Issue Documentation: Record any deficiencies that do not comply with specifications and implement tracking systems to address recurring issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze daily operational challenges to identify root causes and initiate appropriate problem-solving procedures, collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Manufacturing and Design Engineering during initial material runs to identify and document quality requirements.
  • Customer Complaint Management: Assist in managing the customer complaint system, including conducting investigations and facilitating communication with clients.
  • Internal Audits: Support the planning and execution of internal audits and annual re-certification audits in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to special projects as directed by the Quality Manager.
  • Training: Provide necessary training to team members on product operations and critical quality information.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with plastic or engineering polymers is advantageous.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Experience conducting ISO 9001 audits.
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proficient in utilizing quality tools and techniques to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
