Quality Assurance Lead

Assurant is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and auditing product processes to ensure they meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and test product processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Audit product processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into product development
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience
- Cross-training in two or more job areas
- Ability to use a personal computer and enter data with basic software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- One year or greater of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- One year of greater of Quality Assurance/Inspection experience
- Familiar with basic electronic test equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
