Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery strategies
  • Collaborate with senior management to prioritize business continuity efforts and allocate resources effectively
  • Design, implement, and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans across all UTI campuses and administrative offices
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical functions and resources
  • Establish and lead a crisis management team to respond to emergencies and disruptions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or a related field, with at least three years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge base and experience should include disaster recovery planning and crisis mitigation
