Shipping and Inventory Management Associate

The Shipping and Fulfillment Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Fulfillment and Shipping departments. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and other team members, this position requires minimal supervision while ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute sales and marketing materials for team members and partners.
- Prepare training resources for agency staff across various departments.
- Engage with brokers and internal sales teams through effective communication channels.
- Respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring a turnaround time of 2-4 hours.
- Assess and select the most efficient shipping methods based on established procedures.
- Oversee daily operations related to fulfillment and shipping tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare items for dispatch using various logistics providers.
- Coordinate with external shipping vendors to facilitate deliveries.
- Inspect incoming shipments and direct them to the appropriate areas.
- Manage inventory levels of shipping supplies and materials.
- Ensure that all office equipment is adequately stocked and maintained.
- Assist with additional departmental projects as needed.
- Support other areas within the organization as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in communal kitchen areas.
- Monitor and replenish inventory for kitchen supplies.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office equipment, with a typing speed of 30-35 wpm.
- Ability to work on-site for a minimum of 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting objectives.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform various physical tasks, including sitting, standing, and reaching.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $24.66 per hour.
