Dimension Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical structure of our properties is maintained to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and repair hotel, pool, and surrounding areas, performing minor and routine tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance associates to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Notify management of the need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
  • Respond to guest requests for service according to company policy.
  • Keep accurate records of completed work and maintain files of Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • Ensure par stocking of regularly used parts and supplies.
  • Learn and implement emergency procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Technical licenses such as HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing are highly desirable.
