We are currently in search of a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics and warehouse functions. This role is crucial as we build a robust operations team to navigate our growth phase, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of receiving, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and shipping operations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in inventory management and shipping processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and administrative support personnel.
- Conduct timely data entry into the inventory management system, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
- Lead inventory audits and resolve discrepancies to enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Quality department for inventory management.
- Identify and propose opportunities for operational improvements.
- Manage team-building activities, staff training, and scheduling.
- Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assess long-term warehouse space needs and logistics support.
- Manage relationships with logistics and freight service providers.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in a regulated industry.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, QAD, or similar systems.
- Experience with KPIs, Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $70,000 - $79,000
