Job Summary:

Intertek is seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and screen sharing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by proactively following up on support issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of technical concepts and product features.
  • Train customers on product usage and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with Associate Technical Support Engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document customer interactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical customer support in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus.
