Frontline Education is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in handling complex technical issues and providing customized support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle Tier 3-4 technical escalations and provide expert-level support to clients
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
- Provide technical mentorship and training to junior team members
- Work on customization and integration projects to enhance client systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field
- Advanced SQL Server skills and experience with IIS troubleshooting and Windows server configuration
- Knowledge of web APIs and data migration techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
