Full Time:
Monday 7:30am-2pm
Tuesday 7:30am-4:30pm
Wednesday 7:30am-4:30pm
Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm
Friday 7:30am-2pm
Summary:
The Clinical Operations Supervisor, under the guidance of clinic physicians and the Regional Clinic Manager, will provide essential on-site leadership and effective management of clinic functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional patient service, operational effectiveness, and satisfaction among physicians, providers, and staff.

Responsibilities:
Key Functions:
- Enhance clinic and team productivity, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Oversee clinic operations, including budget management and staffing.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Support the management of staff performance and provide regular updates to the Regional Clinic Manager.
- Ensure prompt attention to all communications, including phone messages, faxes, and interdepartmental correspondence.
- Manage prior authorizations and maintain a tracking system from initiation to completion.
- Conduct new employee orientation and provide necessary training (including CLIA training where applicable).
- Serve as a role model and subject matter expert on established policies and procedures.
- Perform Clinical Assistant and Receptionist duties as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
A minimum of post-secondary education in a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, CMA, RMA, LPN, or Surgical Tech is required. Current certification/licensure is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A minimum of two years of experience in Dermatology/Mohs surgery is preferred.
- CPR Certification is required.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to utilize time effectively and contribute to high operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
